Daniil Kontorovich was born on 18 October 1991 in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Has been involved in photography since 2007
Currently lives and works in Tel Aviv.

Graphical design at St. Petersburg Roerich School of Art in 2007−11.

ARTIST STATEMENT
The central theme of Daniil’s work is the union of opposites and the exploration of the harmony between nature and humanity. His works are simultaneously infused with serenity and drama, expression and melancholy, softness and aggression.
Vivid colors bring an emotional charge into the silence of the scene.
The protagonists of his works act as guides into the unconscious, beyond the boundaries of duality.
